岗位职责：
能够与客户经理形成良好的沟通，具备读懂brief的能力；
有一定天马行空的想法和创意，满足客户需求；
完成策划经理交代的其他工作。
任职要求：
1-3年工作经验，新闻、广告、中文等相关专业大学专科及以上学历；
4A工作经验或者策划经验者优先；
有化妆品客户经验优先考虑.
具备有独立服务客户的经验；
富有责任心、沟通协调能力，良好的团队协作精神，能承受一定的工作压力，并善于沟通学习。
