职位描述
Main responsibilities:
Management reporting
? Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly management reports in accuracy to provide financial information to leadership and cross function team.
The reports mainly cover below parts:
- Income Statement
- Capex
- Cash flow
- Franchise
? Basic accounting knowledge is required covering below areas:
- Sales & Cost recognition
- Inventory
- Expenses
- Fixed assets
? Excellent Excel skills to consolidate data and prepare reports
? Strong system knowledge is required to collect source data to prepare reports and perform basic data analysis to management.
? Collaborate with other departments to continually improve the efficiency of financial reporting/analysis process and interpretation of financial data
Projection and Plan
? Involved in and support monthly projection/plan procedure
Project support
? Support Report Improvement/Re-design process
? As project leader to monitor / review / test reports automation progress.
Cross function support
? Be responsible for providing financial support for national initiatives from various business functions.
Administration
? Be responsible for monthly reports filling ( hardcopy and softcopy ) and management
? As a second reviewer to perform cross-check of the reports
Requirements:
? University degree in Accounting, Finance and Economics.
? Above 3 Years working experience of Reporting, Accounting and Financial analysis in multinational companies.
? Knowledge in US GAAP & PRC GAAP is preferred
? Good computer skills, especially excel is a MUST.
? Good system sense and application skills.
? Good bilingual ability (English and Chinese), both speaking and writing
? Proactive, mature, willing to work with deadline
