职位职能: 网站策划 网站营运专员

任职要求：
1、熟悉淘宝运营推广，至少2年以上淘宝策划、推广经验；
2、富有激情与责任心，善于思考和沟通，有较强的独立工作能力和团队合作精神；
3、精通淘宝网上交易推广流程，对产品促销活动有较强的策划和执行力 ，能独立撰写品牌推广文稿；
4、了解淘宝直通车、淘宝客、超级卖霸、钻石展位等推广工具以及淘宝帮派；
5、精通淘宝网营销规则，熟悉淘宝网会员的购物习惯和购物心理；
6、熟悉掌握博客推广、社区论坛推广等推广方式，有一定推广资源者优先；
7、具备良好的策划推广能力和项目执行能力 ；

岗位职责：

1、安排淘宝店内各类促销活动策划，能拿出具体有效的推广方案并执行；
2、悉淘宝直通车、钻石展位、硬广、淘宝客等各类推广方式，有实际操作经验，并制定预算和目标；
3、熟悉各渠道(淘宝社区、帮派、博客、论坛、微博等)推广工作，懂得针对不同的推广渠道，开展营销活动；

4、淘宝数据分析统计，热销产品走势，热门成交关键词的提取；
5、定期针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估，及时提出营销改进措施，给出切实可行的改进方案；

6、定期监控并提供数据和建议：营销数据、交易数据、商品管理、顾客管理；

7、拓展开发联盟伙伴，并监控执行情况，拓展与行业网站的合作；
8、分析总结竞争对手、行业信息、公司产品信息等调研信息，确定调研结果，为公司的总体战略制定提供相关依据。
