Primary Responsibility基本职责

1.Be responsible for customs handbook affairs and familiar with customs policy.

负责手册的日常备案核销事务

2.Be responsible for monthly physical inventory count and analysis monthly report to provide active solution

负责每月模拟核销并提供实物盘点分析报表，提供有效的解决方案

3.Prepare custom import, export documents including packing list, invoice, shipping advise etc

制作各种海关进出口单证，包括发票、装箱单、出货单等

4. Operate company related system

适当操作公司管理软件

5.Operate custom processing bonded system and store system

操作海关加工贸易监管系统和相关仓储系统

6.Operate Import& export declaration and communication with related Dept.

完成进出口海关申报工作并与相关部门协调具体操作事宜。

7.To accept and execute for any other special tasks, assignments or ad-hoc requirements ordered by line manager.

接受并执行上级领导布置的其他特殊任务、工作或者临时安排的工作要求。

8.Trictly adhere to safety rules and responsibility.

忠于职守，严格履行本岗位的安全责任

Qualification / Skills / Experience Requirements 学历/技能/经验要求

1.Above college education

大专及以上学历

2.Around 2 years logistics field working experience, more than 2 years experiences in FTZ is better

2年左右物流相关工作经验，有外高桥保税区制造型企业工作经验者优先

3.Good English, computer proficiency

英语、电脑操作熟练

4.Team spirit, sense of responsibility, high efficiency, can work overtime

有团队合作精神，品质良好，注重实效，能接受加班
