Primary Functions:
-Financial Controlling & Reporting
-Accounting
-Register financial documents
-Intermediate contacts with Tax Authorities and Audit Companies
Secondary Functions:
-Export & Import Customer Service in a Freight Forwarder;
-Follow-up from start-to-end of the execution and accomplishment of service delivery;
-Contact with customers, shipping lines, truck companies, customs brokers, agents and others;
-Networking with colleagues of different offices & markets all over the world.

Location:
-Shanghai, Xujiahui Road ( 1 minute away from subway station in Madang Road )

Language Skills:
-Must be proficient in Mandarin and in English – written and spoken – mandatory.
Non-English Speakers will not be eligible however other languages such as Spanish, Portuguese or French may also be considered.
Interview will be preferably in English (Spanish, French or Portuguese is OK as well - candidates not speaking at least one of these languages will not be eligible for interview)

Work Experience:
-More than 3 years of previous experience in an Accounting or Financial Department of a Company ( if in a Freight Forwarder – it is preferential )– mandatory
-Must have solid knowledge of financial reporting documents and timings – mandatory.
-Must have previous experience of handling procedures with local Chinese tax authorities.

Education:
-Advanced education in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar are preffered.
-Completed senior high school.

Other Skills:
-Must know how to work with Outlook / MS Office Programs & Tools - mandatory.
-Responsible, committed and interested in learning
