Sealy is recognised as the world’s largest manufacturer of premium bedding and was first established in the USA in 1881. Since then Sealy has established itself through the Sealy Posturepedic brand that focuses on correct back support designed in conjunction with Orthopaedic Surgeons. Sealy China was established in 2008 with the growth of a retail network all over the country. Apart from supply of product to the local retail and contract market Sealy manufacturing business also exports bedding products to a large number of Asian countries. Sealy will continue to grow the manufacturing network in China over the coming years with two factories being established in China in addition to the current two facilities in Shanghai and Beijing.

Sealy is seeking graduates to join our manufacturing management training program. This training program offers the ability to work and learn in the following areas:

The Graduate program will initially be a 12 month training program that upon successful completion will lead to further roles with Sealy in the manufacturing team.

The management trainee will base in Qingpu, Sealy Shanghai factory. 管培生工作地点在丝涟上海青浦工厂。

研发中心和测试实验室内配备最先进的科学仪器及设备，其中包括：

1.移动捕捉技术用于检测骨对线和不同角度的承托

2.压力测绘设备用于确保产品指标完全符合骨科矫形外科咨询委员会制定的压力释放标准

3.冲击测试模拟80公斤人体压力，测试部件的抗冲击能力

4.滚压测试模拟10年床垫使用的高度损耗——110公斤的滚轮10万次来回滚动，测试床垫的持久承托力
