I. Basic Responsibilities基本职责
a. Lead sales team and distribution network to achieve sales targets.
带领销售团队和经销商网络实现销售目标
b. Develop and maintain large distribution network covering China; including identifying assessing potential distributors, qualifying new distributors and motivating existing distributors.
开发和维护整个覆盖中国区的销售网络,包括识别、评估潜在经销商、认证新的经销商和激励现有经销商
c. Lead a national sales team to find and manage new customers.
领导中国区销售团队寻找和管理新客户
d. Work with distributors to identify market leads and manage sales activities.
与经销商一起确定市场领导和管理销售活动
e. Manage sales pipeline and lead sales reps and distributors to ensure leads are followed up on and contracts are closed.
管理销售管道和领导销售代表和经销商以保证项目跟进直至结束。
f. Manage daily sales activities of sales reps and coordinate with technical support team to ensure distributors and customers get timely service and support.
管理销售代表的日常销售活动,与技术支持团队配合以确保经销商和客户得到及时的服务和支持
g. Create and deliver timely sales reports including progress reports and opportunity assessments.
及时制作和提供销售报告,包括进度报告和机会评估
h. Support general marketing related activities such as participation in exhibitions and media promotions.
支持日常市场营销相关的活动,如参加展览和媒体推广活动。
i. Travel up to 80% of the time.
80%的时间需要出差

1. Education & Knowledge教育背景和专业资格
? College degree or above.
本科学历及以上
a. Accomplished in MS Office application (Excel, PPT, etc.)
擅长微软办公软件
b. English reading and writing required, spoken skills preferred
要求英语读写能力,有良好的口语能力更佳
2. Experience工作经验
a. 7-8 years sales experience with minimum 2 years sales management experience.
7-8年销售经验和2年以上销售管理经验
b. Experience in inustrial automation, electronics, automotive, general manufacturing, or other B2B sales required.
在工业自动化、电子、汽车、通用制造、或其他B2B领域有销售经验。
c. Eperience with robotics and automation a plus.
有相关机器人和自动化的经验者优先
d. Technical knowlege a plus.
有相关技术知识优先
e. Experience in independently negotiating and signing contracts.
有独立谈判和签署合同的经验
