岗位职责 / Responsibilities:
1、独立负责品牌官方微信公众账号等新媒体项目的策划；
Independently responsible for creative planning on new media projects e.g. Wechat official accounts
2、与品牌沟通，明确品牌需求，提出创新思路及方案；
Clarify the brief and give corresponding creative planning
3、独立撰写各类稿件、策划方案、报告、公司运营项目及客户合作个案等
Independently draft a range of written materials e.g. proposal, report, case histories and many others
4、组织项目的创意构思、文案及客户提案，给予前期提案、设计创意说明及后期结案报告；
Lead team to give creative, proposal and report for each project
5、与其他部门沟通、协调，协调项目进度。
Coordinate other departments to ensure project success

岗位要求 / Qualifications:
1、本科以上学历；
Bachelor degree or above
2、5年以上相关工作经验；
Minimum 5 years working experience in related fields
3、具备良好的文字功底和创意能力、品牌策划及时尚产品文案策划能力；
Good writing, creative and planning skills in fashion fields
4、具备根据品牌运营目标制定营销策划、运营推广方案的能力；
Able to give proposals based on client’s KPI
5、对时尚生活及潮流有敏锐触觉；
Keep up to date with the newly prevalent trends and stuff
6、善于沟通，具有强烈的责任感和团队合作精神；
Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and good team player
7、了解新媒体，对新兴媒体要有敏锐度，准确把握行业动态和趋势。
Fully familiar with new media; accurate evaluation of industrial trend
8、有时尚编辑、美容编辑、软文编辑经验者优先考虑。
Working experience as a fashion, beauty copywriter is preferred
