岗位职责
1、全面负责总账管理及财务部日常工作，负责下属员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
2、维护有效的内部控制系统，制定相关制度规定，保证财务部工作顺利稳定进行；
3、分析公司财政状况，向管理层就资源利用、纳税策略、财务预算提出建议；
4、对公司税收、发票等进行有效管理，按时完成所得税清算、财务申报及年度审计工作；
5、控制公司各项费用预算和支出，对现金流量进行预测、成本核算并提交相关报告；
6、熟悉银行贷款业务，并能协调、维护好公司的对外（如财、税、审计局、银行和担保公司等）沟通联络事务。


任职资格
1、7年以上会计工作经验，3年以上主管工作经验；
2、有广告行业相关公司从业经验者优先；
3、有注册会计师资格者优先；
4、精通会计准则、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化；
5、熟悉税收政策、财经法律法规及国家金融政策，有不断学习的意愿和能力；
6、有良好的组织、协调、沟通和人际交往能力，有很好的团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力；
7、年龄在30-50，优先考虑。
