Position Summary
As a member of the local SAP support team, provide support to the financial and accounting staffs and reporting analysts for SAP in the FI/CO scope and management reporting.

Key Position Responsibilities:
1.Provide onsite and remote support service
2.Understanding and documentation of Financial and accounting (FICO) requirements
3.Analyzing functionality gaps and developing alternatives
4.Unit and Integration testing
5.Resolution of FI/CO issues with different user/function groups and SAP teams
6.Provide user training where appropriate
7.Be clear about the management reporting need and proposals.
8.Demonstrate ability to utilize SAP reporting to enhance business processing
9.Provide effective scope and issue management
10.Ready to re-shuffle/propose the FI/CO operation process and documentation
11.Ability to communicate complex issues and solution alternatives to users

Skills/Attributes Required:
1.At least three year previous SAP experience in FI/CO module.
2.Engineering or IT related or Accounting major is advantages.
3.ABAP knowledge is advantages
4.Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
5.Strong and convincing personality for interaction with users
6.A real team player with initiative and 'can do' attitude who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment
7.Detail orientated, excellent analytical skills and effective problem solving skills
8.Being able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines

Education Required:
Bachelor degree
