职位描述

US based Sprint has an opportunity for a Sales Manager in Shanghai, China. The person in this role will develop sales opportunities, prospects and business to achieve the assigned revenue target of the assigned territory / sectors. They will build and maintain a strong customer base to grow the international (primarily wireline) business, and support any other business and product development initiatives as required. They will also develop strong relationship with customers and partners in China.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop sales plan and account penetration strategy for assigned enterprise customer sectors / territory. Execute the sales plan to achieve assigned revenue targets and other management objectives
- Serve as the regional lead for selected accounts. Take ownership in driving / orchestrating internal resources to ensure best positioning of Sprint in global or regional bids
- Be part of global account teams. Work closely with U.S. and global sales and pre-sales teams in support of the entire sales cycle (from prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, contracting, ordering to post-sales account management). The objective is to win, grow or retain revenue of assigned enterprise customers with Sprint
- Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities. Grow customer base in China
- Be the expert on China market. Provide market intelligence and initiatives to support management, Product, Pricing, Network and other internal teams to enhance our product / solution offerings and positioning
- Develop strong local customer contacts and maintain relationship with existing / potential partners as required
- Support any business development and marketing initiatives as required for the China market
- Provide timely and accurate sales reporting on funnel, forecast and other related analysis

Required Qualifications:
- University degree / Post Graduate or equivalent (BE, BA, MBA )
- 5-10 years relevant telecommunications sales experience of global data / IP services to the enterprise market
- Good understanding of local market. Possess good track record in selling to enterprises or MNCs in China
- Excellent communications, presentation and account management skills.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) and in the local language (Putonghua) is a must
- Self starter, motivated, with the ability to operate independently
