Profile:
1. College graduate or above
2. Good in English, both oral and written, can do interpretation and translation
3. Can work with MS Office software (word and excel)
4. Strong sense of responsibility and initiative at work

Job description:
1. Control, remake and translate documents; translate during appointments
2. Responsible for reception service, answering incoming calls
3. Perform general administrative assistant duties including: typing, copying and filing
4. Updating information requested by GM
5. Express delivery management
6. Coordinate mailing, shipping and courier requirements
7. Responsible for the procurement of office supplies, stationery and other office necessities; review and order hotel contracts, magazine and book for colleagues; responsible for miscellaneous office equipment maintenance and repair
8. Assisting with the visa application, flight tickets and hotels for GM or staffs
9. Perform other duties as needed and directed by GM
