Job title: Application Support – Trading System

Introduction:

The Application Support roles will primarily be responsible for supporting Security Trading Systems in China in Beijing and Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and monitor alerts of critical trading systems

· Escalate system incidents and communicate immediate actions to relevant teams according to support procedures

· Investigate and follow up the incidents and provide short/mid/long term solutions

· Support Project Manager for technical solution review

· Perform QA and support UAT for the system changes

· Prepare system roll out plan and implement the changes into production

· Create and maintain automatic reports to business by scripts

Qualifications:

· University degree from Information Technology or related majors

· 3 to 5 years working experiences in financial industry

· Good attitude, willing to learn

· Experience or knowledge of cash equity business is must

· Working experience with investment bank or vendor of local broker is highly preferred

· Experience in or knowledge of security industry in China, such as China A-shares, index future, Stock Borrow and Loan is preferred but not a must

· Must have working experience in Linux/Unix-like platform

· Must be familiar with mainstream database, like Oracle or SQL Server etc.

· Strong skill in Shell/Perl scripting or Excel VBA

· Good communication in Chinese and English

Desirable:

· Strong skill in Shell/Perl scripting or Excel VBA is preferred

· Experience in or knowledge of security industry in China, such as China A-shares, index future, Stock Borrow and Loan

· Prefer to have programming background in one of the following languages, C++, Java, or C#

· Knowledge with FIX protocol is preferred

· Good communication in Chinese and English
