Job Title: Sr. Char Engineer & Char.Engineer
Location: Beijing
Vacancy: Sr.:2, not Sr.:1


Duties
? Work with design engineers to define testability requirements to ensure controllability and observability needs are met to support characterization and manufacturing test.?
? Assure that the Test and characterization methodologies and strategies (production testing &/or characterization) for all assigned products are defined and implemented into customer's test and char plans.
? Responsible for developing the design validation and characterization strategies and detailed plans for all assigned products.
? Evaluate product designs through the use of ATE and advanced bench testing equipment.
? Generate, analyze and create reports of test and characterization data
? Work with design engineers to define optimal characterization/design solutions, based on design objectives.
? Work with other division test and char groups to identify possible co-operative opportunities to improve our characterization capabilities, etc. and to learn new techniques, approaches etc.
? Work with Product Definition Engineers & Product Line Engineers to ensure that Design to Test requirements are incorporated into new product designs.



Requirements
? 4-6 years of semiconductor characterization experience. Prefer experience in high performance semiconductor environments.
? Experience with low skew, high speed devices including differential and single ended technologies.
? Device design experience would be a plus.
? Working experience in Logic, Switch, Audio, Video Filter application
? Working experience in DC/DC, LDO, Charger application
? Strong experience in the lab with test equipment like scopes, electronic loads, network analyzer etc.
? Knowledge on the MCU, FPGA designs
? Familiar with software programming with C, assembly
? Skill on PCB design, Proficiency with PCB Design tools
? Knowledge in analog IC design would be a plus
? Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills.
? MSEE or above
? Strong communications skills; written, verbal, presentation and listening;
? Good interpersonal skills to work in a team environment;
? Good command of written and spoken English required;
? Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills
? International travel will be required.
