Job Description:

-Develop lean deployment roadmap with lean committee.
-Implement the lean principles, techniques and methodologies according to corporate requirements.

-Familiar with Technologies and methodologies include Cellular Manufacturing, Pull Systems, Quick

Changeover, and Design for Lean, Inventory reduction, etc.
-Provide lean training and project coach to all employees.
-Update related documents and communicate with others.
-Build continuous improvement culture.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering.
-5 or more years in Lean positions in foreign invested companies.
-Proficient understanding and knowledge of Lean.
-Proficient English in both spoken and written. -Sufficient communication skills.
- Familiar with SAP
