角色和职责

Role and Responsibility

1. 从客户处接受信息并将之分发给公司内相关的人员。就所有与客户服务/LOGISTICS相关的事项与客户保持联络，并进行内部协调，以回复客户问题，满足客户需求。

Receive information from customs and distribute the information to relevant personnel within the company. To keep daily communication with customers for all customer service/Logistics related issues, and to coordinate internally in order to answer any inquires from customs and to meet customers’ requirements.

2. 同客户就订单及预测进行联系，并根据PPM结果将确认书发给客户。

Communicate with customers on orders & forecasts, and to send the order/forecast confirmation to customers according to the results of PPM.

3. 客户订单管理。在ERP系统中正确登录订单。

Customer order management. To input the orders correctly in the ERP system.

4. 根据合同计算，并制作有关销售折价、佣金、光刻版等订单。

To calculate and input orders for sales discount, commission and mask cost, etc. according to the contract/agreement.

5. 跟踪客户关心事宜的落实情况及客户抱怨处理结果的满意度。

Follow up with the satisfaction of customer concerns and complaints.

6. 负责向客户提供优质服务。

To be responsible for rendering good services to customers.

7. 根据客户及订单需求，向发运部门发出发货指令。

Send out shipment instruction to shipping dept. based on customer and order requirement.

8. 跟踪订单执行情况。

Follow up on order fulfillment.

9. 及其他临时安排的工作任务。

Any other work assigned by the superiors.

所需教育水平与技能：

(EDUCATION AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED)

1. 本科以上学历。

University graduate or above.

2. 具有三年以上工作经验。对物流进出口领域以及相关财务知识有一定的了解。

More than 3 years experience. Have certain knowledge of Import and Export in Logistics area and related financial knowledge.

3. 具备沟通和协调能力，并有处理各类事件的经验。在相关领域至少有两年以上工作经验。

Certain communication and coordination ability, have experience of handling all customer affairs. At least two years working experience in related field.

4. 良好的英语能力，包括听、说、读和写。熟悉SAP/R3或其它MRPII/ERP系统以及常用的计算机软件和操作系统。

Good command of English, including listening, speaking, reading and writing. Experience with SAP/R3 or other MRPII/ERP system, computer software and operation systems commonly used.
