职位描述
Functional Responsibilities
协助销售向比利时总部下采购订单，跟踪订单状态，协调订单安排及海运发货；
Assist sales to make PO to Belgium headquarter; follow order status; coordinate orders arrangement and delivery by sea;
根据客户订单，在金蝶系统，进行订单/合同录入、发货通知等操作；
Input order、contract、delivery notice in Kingdee per customer’s order;
跟踪客户预付款情况，安排发货和协助财务开票等；
Follow customer’s pre-payment; arrange delivery and assist finance to issue invoice;
协助QC处理产品售后的质量问题；
Assist QC to handle products after-sale quality problem;
向工厂下生产订单，协调订单安排；
Make producing order to plant; coordinate orders arrangement;
协助财务完成每月的产品入库明细及销售明细报告；
Assist finance to complete products incoming details and sales detailed report;
处理及完成上级交给的其它相关工作，为各部门提供相关协助。
Complete other assigned jobs; provide support to relative dept.
Qualifications
1.College degree above
2.Good Microsoft office skill & English
3.Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
4.Ability to multi-task ,prioritize and manages time effectively
5.Willing to learn new knowledge and self-motivated
6.Outgoing ,patient, detail focused and team worker
