Primary Purpose of the Position:

To deliver appropriate structural/civil designs, concepts and estimates for the Engineering Services Group.

Key Responsibilities:

Review design deliverables including sub consultants for adherence to budget, scope, R&O and technical specifications.

Assist and advise discipline engineers to ensure designs are technically appropriate

Concrete and Steel Structural Engineering design

Pursue innovative and new ideas to improve the performance of designs and or efficiency of the design office

Ensure all quality assurance procedures are followed and deliverables have been reviewed
确保严格执行质量保证程序并保证交付的制图都经过审核
Participate and lead in technical development
领导并参与技术革新
Advise and encourage junior staff of expectations and technical requirements
指导并引导初级人员按照技术要求完成任务
Use, review and revise all typical drawings, Sedgman standard specifications and calculations/ simulations to reflect current industry standards
使用、审核并修改所有的定型图、赛吉满的技术标准、计算和模拟图，保证其与最新的行业标准相吻合

Qualifications:
资质要求：
Bachelor degree of Engineering (Civil or Structural)
工程（土建或结构）学士学位
2 to 10 years engineer design experience in Civil/Structural engineering within a similar industry (Coal industry experience not essential)
在相关领域（不局限于煤炭业）从事土木或结构工程至少2-10年
Good knowledge of MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel and Project
熟练操作MS Microsoft Office 软件，特别是Word, Excel 与 Project
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
