岗位职责：
Responsibilities:

1.负责与各代理的联系与沟通，并且依据各方要求主持选角的工作。
Responsible for the communication with agencies and in charge of casting;
2.对公司的核心价值有很深入的了解，包括艺术家，制作团队以及其他的各项服务。
Deep Knowledgment of Company's assets including artists, production and other services.
3.负责客户财产的安全与维护。
Responsible for the safety and maintaince of client's property.
4.负责与各供应商的联系与沟通，并且能与他们保持良好的合作关系。
Responsible for the communication with suppliers, able to maintain good relationships with them;
5.协助制片执行项目管理，负责制作部门的诸项日常工作。
Assist Producer with the management of projects and other office jobs;
6.收集并准备项目管理文件。
Collect and prepare project management documents;
7.负责公司的库房管理。
Responsible for the storage management;
8.对制作工作流程有升入了解，能够对制作软件进行基本的操作。
Deep understanding of production work flow, basic knowledge of production software.
9.应答客户的问询，并向他们推介公司的艺术家和各服务。
Answer inquiries, promote company's artists and production services.

任职条件：

Qualifications:

专科及以上学历
Diploma degree or higher.
倾向于有广告，市场营销，大众传播，媒体或其他相关专业
Prefer Advertisement， Marketing, Mass Communication, Media or other related majors
三年以上在电视/广告行业的经验，一年以上担任制作经理的经验
More than 3 years' working experience in TV or advertisement industry，

1 year‘s experience as a production manager

Fluent in both English and Mandarin
