岗位职责：
Responsibilities:

1.知道上海及周边各地可用于拍摄的场地， 了解这些场地的特点以及大致的租赁价格。
Be resourceful of available locations for photo shooting around shanghai. Understand their uniqueness and market price for the place.
2.负责租赁场地的价格协商，协助制片控制整个项目的预算。
Responsible for the price negotiation of renting the desired location, assist producer to control the budget of the whole project;
3. 能够处理由场地的原因引发的各种突发问题，保证整个项目的进度不因场地而受到影响。
Able to handle any emergency that happened regarding the availability of the shooting location, ensure the project progress not be affected by location issues;
4.协助制片执行项目管理，负责制作部门的诸项日常工作。
Assist Producer with the management of projects and other office jobs;
5.负责拍摄现场的停车安排。
Responsible for the arrangement of on-site parking.
6.负责拍摄现场的安全和秩序。
In charge of the safety and order of onsite shooting.
7.负责拍摄后场景的清洁和整理。
In charge of the location clean-up after shooting.
8.对制作工作流程有升入了解，能够对制作软件进行基本的操作。
Deep understanding of production work flow, basic knowledge of production software.

任职条件：
Qualifications:

五年以上在电视/广告行业的经验，一年以上担任场地经理的经验
More than 3 years' working experience in TV or advertisement industry, 1 year‘s experience as a location manager
能流畅得用英文及中文交流
Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
