岗位职责：
1、 负责公司现有的广告业务的拓展和销售工作。
2、 培养部门团队的执行监督能力，并能够不断的开发适合公司的供应商团队。
3、 负责新客户的开拓和客户信息的搜集。
4、 参与并完善客户的广告方案，控制项目的执行方向及进度，确保良好运行。
5、 根据客户要求，组织公司各地的供应商，为客户提供及时高效的售后服务工作，积极响应客户的服务需求，并能跟踪落实，协调客户与终端的服务。
6、 管理维护客户关系以及客户间的长期战略合作计划。

任职要求：
1、 8-10年广告行业及相关工作经验，掌握与客户沟通的多种绝技，有4A公司经历者优先考虑。
2、 熟悉广告行业操作方式，懂得商业的运行规则。
3、 如具有化妆品行业、快速消费品行业客户管理、维护经验优先考虑，熟悉知名品牌的客户要求和工作流程。
4、 具备非常好的客户沟通、协调及处理问题的能力，擅长交流，具有一定的创新意识。
5、 为人诚实，值得信任，性格开朗，有独特人格魅力者佳。
6、 勤于思考，善于表达，有极强的责任感，具有较强的人际交往及公关能力。
7、 具备良好的协调能力，具备宽广的客户人脉。
