1 根据酒店标准来清洁住客房。.
2 清洁浴室，包括：马桶、浴缸、洗手盆、镜子、浴帘、地板、瓷砖等。
3 家具的抹尘和状态检查。
4 地毯、软装饰物的吸尘。
5 更换毛巾、补充宾客用品，如：火柴、香皂、文具、厕纸、面巾纸等。
6 使用正确的清洁剂清理浴室。
7 用正确的工具，系统的抹尘。
8 由内至外的正确的吸尘。
9 按照标准补充消耗品。
10 清洁垃圾桶。
11 清洗喝水玻璃杯。
12 清洁衣橱、墙面、天花、空调、通风口、窗和镜子、洗尘等。
13 给客人提供帮助，如配送客人洗衣、帮助打包等。
14 检查和报告日常维修和保养请求。
15 确保所有的维修保养工程有跟进。
16 将客房送餐服务车收出。
17 盘点迷你吧库存。
18 每日工作结束后盘点迷你吧消耗量并立即抛帐。
19 保持工作间的整洁。
20 在夜晚为客人提供开夜床服务。
21 解决客人的特殊要求。
22 通知洗衣房收洗衣、烫衣等。
23 遵守酒店的各项规章制度。
24 完成楼层主管交代的其他任务。

The 260-room Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund comprises two connecting buildings. The Waldorf Astoria Club (heritage building), which previously housed the renowned Shanghai Club (famed as an exclusive Gentlemen’s Club in the 1920s), is located at No. 2 on the Bund. Across an immaculate courtyard is a new-build contemporary tower located parallel to the Bund, on Sichuan Road.
