职位描述:
1. Daily inbound/outbound assignment for domestic order. Inventory management/space optimized for domestic warehouse. 国内库存进出货系统管理
2. Complaints/free sample handling for domestic customers. Contact transportation for arranging trucking and quotation confirmation.国内样品跟踪管理,物流安排发货
3. Updating inventory and QA with sales department.Relevant tracking/QC report for testing and full inspection of products. 更新库存表, 产品测试报告
4. import clearance and export clearance, Form A apply, Eport maintain 进出口报关资料准备, 原产地证申请, 电子口港岸维护
5. Issues payment application form for handling cost, Duty & VAT cost and other fees and transfers them to relevant department after getting the approval by Logistic Manager.填写操作费用及关税与增值税的付款申请表,确认后交给财务.其他与财务交接的单证有：正本税单、正本操作费用发票、确认的付款申请及备案清单等。
6. Perform the other duties assigned by HOD of Supply Chain.完成进供应链经理安排的其他工作任务。

Experience/Skills/Education Requirements
1．A college or above diploma or an equivalent; 大专或以上学历,
2. More than 3 years working experience on warehouse management and customs clearance in the logistics area ; 3年以上仓库管理和进出口报关工作经验
3. Conversant with ocean shipping import & export customs clearance、CIQ clearance、 customs check in&off processing and some necessary customs regulations and policies; 熟悉海运、进出口报关、报检、核销等各项工作流程及必要的海关相关法规政策;
4. Having actual ERP system application will be priority. 有实际的ERP系统运用者优先考虑;
5. Basic conversation and writing ability in English. 基本的英语交谈和书写能力;
6. Experienced in using office software. 熟练运用办公软件。
