Job Description
-Plan and execute digital marketing activities to support brand awareness and new users’ acquisition
-Develop and write digital content and maintain content publishing editorial calendar
-Manage and create content to optimize SEO
-Define/implement paid digital efforts, including WeChat/mobile advertising and SEM
-Define/Implement email marketing campaigns
-Run off line programs leveraging B2B and media partnerships
-Analyze and report on customer insights and behavior
-insights to improve communication and digital platforms
-Track analytics for all digital-marketing related activities, report key learnings and recommendation to
-improve business impact
-Manage relationships with third-party service agencies and freelance designers to ensure any outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective
-Identify new tactic/channel and partnership opportunities
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, journalism or related field
-Minimum 3 years of progressive digital marketing experience with evidence of brand communication and related content management
-Worked at least 3 years in a company/agency for B2C product or service offering
-Must have proven ability to translate customer insights into successful digital marketing programs and a high degree of creativity to create new ways to communicate to customers
-Strong digital copywriting, design, content marketing and erbal communication skills required
-Experience in website management/basic HTML/content management systems
-Native Mandarin speaker with strong Chinese written skill for writing/reviewing copy of marketing material
-Good in English
Preferred:
-5+ years relevant experience in online marketing and ecommerce
Strong ability to present digital marketing concepts and receive feedback
-Understanding of user-design, graphic design and interface principles and responsive and mobile design
-Prior marketing communications or digital marketing experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare-related environment
-International and startup experience is a plus
