KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1、Provide general day to day support to Management and Account Management teams.
2、Act as a liaison with internal and external departments, and develop accurate and realistic creative, print, production and other briefs as necessary
3、Produce comprehensive and accurate reports and project outlines (e.g.: WIP’s, project plans, timelines etc)
4、Understand the creative, print and production processes. Accurately assess all work of internal and external departments, and provide corrective guidance where necessary
5、To have a good working relationship with the clients personnel

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1、1+ years experience in managing major interactive projects in a previous agency or interactive department function
2、Good communication skills, excellent organizational, time and self management skills
3、Detail oriented, with excellent follow through skills
4、Sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure
5、Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including research, creative, production, media, interactive, database and technology services
6、Good oral and written communication skills.
7、Efficiently managing and developing good relationships with external vendors
8、Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English and Mandarin
