工作职责：
1、熟练掌握金融产品特性及相关知识，发掘渠道商潜在需求，促成合作。
2、根据公司销售政策，开发、评估潜在渠道商，完成销售任务；
3、有效培养潜在渠道商群，开拓新市场，形成自己的渠道网络；
4、负责维护好自己渠道网络，做好市场信息及同业竞争信息收集、反馈工作；
5、与渠道商保持良好沟通，做好维护与服务跟踪，不断提高客户满意度；
6、实施公司组织的各类市场推广活动；参加培训及自我学习，提高专业知识和销售技巧。

任职资格：
1、大专（含）以上学历；
2、具有银行、证券、外汇、黄金等金融行业渠道开发的经验优先；
3、具备良好的职业素养，具备良好的客户服务意识，良好的品牌及营销策划能力；
4、性格外向，抗压能力强，较强应变能力和谈判能力，具有较强的沟通和语言表达能力
