职位描述：
1、开发代理商及对代理商进行积极和有效沟通及推广；
2、依据代理商开发政策，全力推进渠道工作实施，确保工作任务的完成；

4、参与代理商宣传、培训工作；协助解决代理商运行中出现的问题；
5、能胜任突发性工作及上级领导交办的其他事物；
6、通过持续跟进与服务，为客户不断提供专业的金融咨询与服务。
1.To develop introducing broker and to have a positive and effective communication and promotion.
2.To promote the channel implementation with development policy of introducing broker to ensure the completion of tasks.
3.To Provide a broader promotion space if you enhance your professional.
4.To participate publicity and training of introducing broker and help solve the problem of introducing broker running.
5.To competent sudden and other things assigned by superiors.
6.To provide introducing broker with professional financial advice and services.

任职资格：
1、普通话标准，形象气质佳，思维灵敏，有一定的语言组织能力。
2、工作态度端正，积极责任感强，目标感强，能够承担工作压力。
3、有良好的团队合作精神，应变，自律能力强。
4、有从事实际工作经验，立志服务金融行业者优先。
5、优秀的语言表达能力和处理人际关系的经验及良好资源或人脉者优先。
