职责:
1.达成公司的销售目标，建立并维护现有客户关系，争取项目的利润，达成客户重复购买率目标。
2.快速高效的部门间配合，提高合同、售后服务的流程效率，服务客户，达成客户较好的满意度。
3.管理与经销商的关系。协调内部和外部的销售活动。密切配合各功能团队内部以及经销商，提供应对挑战的解决方案。在技术、金融、物流等方面，将经销商视为业务合作伙伴来提供所有支持。
4.跟踪项目的进度和货款，协调解决现场安装质量交付等问题。
5.定期拜访区域内客户，收集客户未来设备需求及计划。

要求
1.五年以上粮食仓储，输送，加工设备行业经验，
2.与行业主要客户，中粮，中储粮，嘉吉，邦吉，益海等，具有良好业务关系为佳
3.良好的销售谈判技巧，良好的沟通与协调能力
4. 具有有强烈责任心、能承受较大的压力。
5.具有良好的客户服务意识，高效的执行能力，并能独立完成项目任务。
6. 具有良好的英语口语和书面表达能力为佳。
7.能熟练操作电脑各类办公软件

GSI entered China in 1998, headquartered in Shanghai. Currently, GSI has a Protein business and Grain business operating in China. We have more than 250 employees and a factory in Wujiang.

In 2011, GSI China sales revenue more than doubled versus 2010. It is the fastest growing region for GSI and we expect to continue double digit growth over the next five years.

For Grain, GSI is the world’s largest manufacturer of galvanized steel storage bins. We offer advanced and robust models in flat bottom and hopper bottom styles along with many varieties of grain drying systems and full line of material handling equipment. Our localized manufacturing facility, R&D center and global sourcing team provide the best service to our China and Asian customer.
