工作职责
* 应用前后处理软件建立或修改有限元模型，评价结果与书写报告，软件如 (ANSA, Hyperworks, LS-PrePost, Medina)
* 对车身或整车的模态、刚度、耐久性以及NVH进行分析，软件如 (Nastran, Abaqus, ...)
* 汽车碰撞仿真，包括正面碰撞、侧面碰撞、约束系统等，软件如 (LS-Dyna, Pam-Crash, ...)
* 汽车行人保护性能分析
* 很好的与设计团队进行交流与沟通并对结构设计提出相关建议
* 与GNS在德国的服务团队协同解决问题
* 能够长期出差或从事外派工作


任职要求
* 学历本科及以上，三年以上的CAE工作经验（同时面向毕业生招聘）
* 对汽车机构有较深的了解,熟悉被动安全国内外法规,如 (CNCAP, EuroNCAP, USNCAP, FMVSS, TRIAS, ...)
* 有良好的力学背景知识,熟悉有限元理论、材料特性等
* 良好的英语写作能力和流利的口语交流能力,擅长德语可优先考虑
* 熟悉LINUX系统并有SHELL脚本编程基础可优先考虑

Job Description: CAE Engineer

Experienced engineers with preferably more than three years work experience

GNS China is active as service provider in the automotive sector. We support Chinese and international OEM's and TIER 1 suppliers in their product development. We focus on the provision of state-of-the-art finite element (FE) simulation support. We are adept in the fields of NVH, crashworthiness and metal forming. GNS China is proficient in pedestrian and occupant safety, head impact, interior, and seat calculations.

Due to our rapidly growing business we are currently recruiting CAE engineers. Our engineers will receive professional training from an experienced foreign engineer and there is an opportunity to be trained and work on projects in our German headquarters.


Responsibilities
* Prepare FE model using pre-processors, (ANSA, Hyperworks, LS-PrePost, Medina, ...)
* Stiffness, static calculation and NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) using solvers like Nastran, Abaqus, ...
* Crash simulation (LS-Dyna, Pam-Crash, ...)
* Pedestrian and occupant safety
* Technical coordination with design team
* Lead or participate in international vehicle project teams, evaluate and optimize vehicle safety
* Based in Shanghai, but willing to travel within China and to be posted as resident engineer in OEM’s premises.


Qualifications
* Bachelor or preferably Master degree
* Adept with automotive sector, vehicle structure, legal standards and consumer safety regulations, such as CNCAP, EuroNCAP, USNCAP, FMVSS, TRIAS, ...
* Good background knowledge of mechanics, finite element theory, material science, fracture mechanics, ...
* Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus
* Experience using Unix/Linux and shell scripts is an advantage
