职位描述
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Controls how goods or services are actually provided to the customers.
2.Sets sales targets, and analyzes data to measure effectiveness of existing strategies.
3.Requires the mention of suitable training for other sales staff, as well as evaluating changing customer needs and preferences.
4.Resolves customer complaints and issues quickly and effectively. As so much of a manager's job is forecasting what customers will do, a comprehensive knowledge of the changing tastes of these consumers is critical.
5.Considerable planning and organizing, of both people and other resources.
6.To make the products and services the organization makes as visible as possible to customers and potential customers. The media through which the marketing manager chooses to communicate this message depends on a number of factors, with budget limitations often key among these.
7.Includes the role of looking at ways to improve the total package of services the organization offers. This may include but is not limited to enhancing the actual product itself, improving the pricing structure or enhancing the communication process.
Knowledge and skill requirements:
1.Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Having the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff and business partners. Able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Ability to successfully work to reach company goals in an environment in which a wide degree of creativity and latitude is required of this position. He/she needs a diverse range of talents, and these may include everything from mathematics and computing to communication and motivation. Sometimes, a manager must be a leader in order to get the best out of the members in the sales team. It is clear also that creatively is a necessary quality, as the need to solve problems in new and innovative ways.
2.Minimum of Bachelor Degree in the related field; Preference will be given to those candidates with a MBA or Masters Degree and relevant experience.
3.5 or more years of experience in increasingly responsibility in sales and marketing field. Excellent contract performance and employee management skills will also be emphasized. Must have demonstrated ability to effectively lead a high volume sales team. Progressive sales and marketing experience in professional services industry would be an asset. Other prior experience demonstrating effective management, marketing and sales skills would be an added asset. Knowledge of the services business sector, specifically, education and training would be sought for.
4.Use of computer and office equipment. Travel will be required fairly regularly. Performs all administrative functions expected at this level.
