Position goals

To build up the right product positioning for IDP China US business

To deliver professional knowledge and skill training to IDP US counselors

To provide professional support to branches and National Marketing team

To drive and facilitate branches to achieve annual performance goals



Expected Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years working experiences as a counselor in a studying overseas agent with proven track record of a successful counselor;

Solid experiences in managing product related issues in the area of marketing

Have in-depth understanding of education system in US with up-to-date information of programs and courses offered by institutions;

University graduate in Education, English Language or another related subjects is required with good command of English (Spoken and reading), at least IELTS 6.5 equivalents;

Highly self-motivated and possess good skills in presentation and coaching

Experience of studying and living in US is a plus
