1. 研究产品知识，卖点，特性，独立研发课程，制定培训计划
2. 按计划开展课堂及店铺培训以提升店铺营运，员工销售能力及产品知识掌握
3. 对公司员工和客户进行产品培训和演示；实施培训效果的考核评估
4. 大专以上学历，市场营销相关专业
5. 2年以上零售，眼镜，服装行业相关培训工作经验
6. 熟练使用powerpoint, word, excel等办公软件
7. 优秀的语言表达及沟通能力，较强的逻辑思维能力、学习能力，以及时间管理能力，能较快掌握新知识、新技能"
8. 具有良好的团队精神和服务意识，并能够承受高强度的工作压力，性格外向开朗，有耐心和责任心
9. 能适应出差工作
