Reporting to CEO.

We are looking for a game professional with experience as Producer or Project Manager who has shipped multiple games in this capacity.

Successful outcomes will include ensuring that projects are set-up for success and helping Producers and Studio Management detect issues early to act on them.

Responsibilities include :
? Consolidate information from studios and maintains Master Project and Master Resource Plans for the company.
? Coordinate actions from Studio-level Development Managers. Propose solutions to CEO aimed at maximizing utilization and output of the Game division.
? Ensure that sound project management practices are followed and done so consistently across the company.
? Establish common processes for operating and monitoring of projects status, performance measures and risk at a portfolio level. Facilitates the diagnosis of risks by upper management.
? Collect, define and propagate key best practices across the organization through various initiatives including certificates.
? Attends key reviews with CEO and reports on performance by comparing actuals to baselines.
? Aid the CEO in execution of operational initiatives involving multiple groups and programs throughout the company.
? Help align teams around strategic objectives.

Requirements :
? Minimum 5 years experience in game production or software development in project management
? Significant project, risk and process management experience, PMP or Agile certification a plus
? Able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence.
? Possess passion, positive energy to drive results; highly action oriented
? Strong leadership skills: ability to challenge and influence a variety of stakeholders.
? Bachelor or Master degree in Management or Engineering
? Good oral and written English skills
