Space Global is looking for a passionate, creative, and energetic Senior Graphic Designer to play a significant role in helping the team generate and execute great ideas. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of branding and corporate identity and an ability to work independently. This person will have significant responsibility for his/her own work, mainly in designing corporate collateral and managing the company’s visual identity.

Space Global is a multifaceted, dynamic real estate company that specializes in connecting Chinese capital with U.S.-based hospitality projects. As Americans with over 15 years of on-the-ground real estate experience working in China and building relationships with Chinese local developers and investors, we have experienced firsthand the growing demand in China to invest in safe, high-return projects in strategic U.S. cities. As a result of our extensive real estate experience, spanning from brokerage to hotel development and management, our firm is uniquely positioned to capitalize on the dynamic opportunities currently present in the U.S. market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Design and execute digital and print collateral
2. Create and manage the company’s corporate identity
3. Manage the maintenance and development, when necessary, of the company website
4. Participate in external activities as a source of inspiration and for continued growth

Requirements
1 University degree in graphic design with 5+ years of related experience
2 Strong proficiency in English is a must; Chinese is preferable but not required
3 Extensive experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
4 Strong understand of Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint
5 A strong knowledge of graphics and design with exceptional creative talent
6 A strong knowledge of HTML and PHP
7 Able to identify and solve problems independently
8 Extremely detailed-oriented
9 Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

我们与好莱坞国际区域中心（HIRC）的合作，已在中国为好莱坞梦酒店的开发募集了股权投资及EB-5移民投资资金，。该酒店拥有182间客房的奢华精品酒店，并由温德汉姆酒店集团管理，将成为洛杉矶最具活力和娱乐性的度假胜地之一。如今，洛杉矶市场蓬勃发展，我们将继续与HIRC合作，以获得更多的市场机遇。我们的酒店项目，总计将拥有2000间酒店客房，一经竣工，预计市值将超过$10亿美元。
