Position:Administration Assistant / Receptionist
Responsibilities:
· Arrange the appointment, meeting room and make reservation of business travel
· Books flight tickets and hotels
· Purchase, maintain and distribute company stationery
· Update the where about chart, phone list and other admin forms.
· Office Facility management for air-conditions, light tubes and printer toners
· Daily office supplies maintenance.
· Other related admin works support.
· Divert incoming calls, receive visitors and notify relevant department;
· Complete the temporary tasks assigned by manager;
Requirements:
· English or Administration Major
· College degree or above
· Good reading, writing and oral English
· Good image with nice characteristics
· Good Computer skill
· Carefulness, Strong sense of responsibilities
· Team work
