BASIC FUNCTION基本职责

Perform duties and responsibilities as specified below

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责和义务

-Coordinate all operational issues between Director of operations, owners and general managers

协调运营总监与业主及总经理间的运营事宜。

-Liaison with all properties in regards to operations and communications

与集团旗下酒店就运营事宜保持联系和沟通

-Process and handle all corporate level instructions to properties

处理集团层面对酒店的所有指导工作

-Types reports, letters, memo, forms, meeting minutes and collect correspondence files

处理文书及信函和备忘录及其它文档资料并进行整理

-Receives and refers office callers and visitors to appropriate personnel; schedules and sets up appointment

接听电话，接待客户和安排商务洽谈事宜

-Maintains adequate stock of necessary office supplies

保持文具的及时提供

-Co-ordinates with the various operational personnel for various assignments

部门员工的各种内部协调

-Willing to work overtime and some occasional travel is required.

能适应加班及出差要求

-Help to arrange the travel schedule for line manager.

协助上司安排其出差行程

-Performs other duties as required
