Main Responsibilities:
工作职责：

1. Provide pre-sales technical support to customers including component designing, installing, testing and maintaining products
为客户提供售前技术支持，包括产品的设计，安装，测试和维护
2. Cooperate with the sales team closely to achieve the sales target
紧密配合销售团队以实现销售目标
3. Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems that occur during installation and application
调查、分析并解决客户在产品安装及使用阶段出现的问题
4. Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers to develop secure their future business
建立并维护良好的客户关系，以取得长期合作的机会
5. Research, evaluate and recommend new products or new solutions that will meet customer needs
根据客户的需求，调研、评估并推荐新的产品或解决方案
6. Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
监督并解决重复出现的问题，确保客户的满意度
7. Train customers on the features of the products they have purchased
为客户提供产品技术培训

Qualifications:
资格要求：

1. 3-5 years’ mechanical professional background, with offshore industry experience is preferred
3-5年机械行业技术支持背景，优先考虑有海洋工程经验的候选人
2. Ability to work independently and work under pressure
能独立工作并承担一定的工作压力
3. Good reading & writing in English
良好的英语读写能力
4. Good communication skill;
良好的沟通能力
5. Hard working attitude; team-work spirit
积极努力工作，有团队合作精神
6. Be good at computer skills in CAD software
能熟练使用CAD软件
