Title: Quality Control质量控制
Reporting Responsibilities:
This position reports directly to quality manager. This person works closely with purchasing, technical, production and assembly departments to consistently achieve the quality goals of the organization. 本职位直接向质量经理汇报。与采购，技术，生产密切配合。
Job Purpose Summary:
The primary role of the quality control is to maintain and continuously improve the quality system of the organization.
Responsibilities: 工作职责为：
Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data. 与技术以及运营一起确保新产品生产转移符合确认资料
Familiar with measurement tools熟悉各种测量工具
Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints. 分析失败，纠正预防措施来回应客户投诉。
Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions. 确保供应商失败，纠正措施以及预防措施的及时解决方案
Manage suppliers’ performance and conduct audits. 管理供应商的表现并执行检查
Preparation of QA reports. 准备QA报告

Ardisam (Shanghai) is the China Branch of the Ardisam Corporation headquartered in Cumberland, WI USA. Ardisam is an outdoor products company that provides seasonal products primarily for export to the North American and European markets. Ardisam began in 1960 and has been in business over 50 years. It is a family owned corporation that employs about 80 people in the US and 10 people in China. Ardisam has several different product lines encompassing the following products: Lawn and Garden Power Equipment, Deer Hunting Tree Stands, Hunting Blinds, ATV Ramps, Ice Fishing Power Equipment, Ice Fishing Shelters, Winter Hats and Pellet Stoves. Ardisam prides itself in product development and is a known innovator in the industries that it serves. The China branch of Ardisam is dedicated to finding factories that can manufacture products at the correct quality and price. The primary functions of the China team are sourcing, quality assurance, import/export and supply chain management.
