RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Gather and maintain information such as customer personnel, product usage, product sales potential, and price history for customer databases.
2. Stock check, Place the order, make contract, check the payment, tracking the delivery.
3. Resolving debits or other accounting-related issues.
4. Keep contacting with customers, timely and effective deal with customers’ feedback and suggestion.
5. Customers’ claim.


QUALIFICATIONS:

1. English skill: Fluent in spoken and written English
2. Office software, ERP
3. Customer focus attitude with excellent communication and coordination ability.
4. At least two years work experience
5. Self-motivated, a team player
