Establish, implement and monitor quality control process, analyze and provide continuous process improvements related to fit, quality & production which include SMS . Build vendor performance.


Major responsibilities:
1.Provide continuous improvement in the material and commodity Inspection system including building of defects classification list/standards, inspection forms, inspection procedure, for fabric(yarn), trim, garment;

2.Appraise products appearance, fitting, measurements, construction, and quality; make reports and ensure vendor meets TWIN-SET requirements in production. Conduct factory evaluation, perform garments in-line & final Inspections

3.Coordinate& work closely with head office for daily report to ensure overseas production processes are well controlled and comply with company quality criteria. Make recommendations to head office, related to update existing procedure, documentations & manuals.

4.Set-up & build standards, forms, audit procedure for quality and Implements the program with the vendor and its factories.


Additional Information:
1.Technical training on pattern making & development.

Job qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of progressive related experience with quality control background in garments industry and strong track record of success;
-Proficient in both written and verbal English and Chinese
-Familiar with quality methods and standards from industry’s best practice
-Willingness and availability to travel extensively
-Knowledge in garment pattern making an asset
