工作职责：

1. 打磨抛光和整理需要喷漆的零部件；
2. 日常的工作安排：打磨，清洁整理，填孔腻子，再次打磨抛光；
3. 每天保持喷漆区域的清洁和整理；
4. 根据主管的合理指示操作；
5. 其他上级交给的任务。

职位要求：

1. 3年以上打磨工作经验；
2. 具有较强的实际操作经验；
3. 工作认真仔细负责，勤奋刻苦，具有团队合作精神；
4. 能服从上级安排，可加班。
