？ Responsibilities:

○ Cooperate with project manager and launch teams in the plant, in order to develop and introduce the optimal manufacturing concept during development and launch phase;

○ Act as main interface to development, sales, quality and controlling for realization of the production line;

○ Consulting of R&D teams for manufacturing technologies/design to cost and manufacturability;

○ Drive compliance to design for manufacturing guidelines and rules (design rules, LEAN aspects and robust processes);

○ Plan manufacturing introduction timing milestones and timing plan to project team;

○ Track and report of industrialization status (cost, timing, quality) in central reporting tools;

○ Lead project for manufacturing issues, interface to plant services and focus factory including lead of local launch team (plant);

○ Support of series production in case of trouble shooting, change management and ongoing improvement;

○ Manage mass production launch regarding technique, timing, quality, cost and fulfillment of all company intern and customer specifications and state legal requirements;

○ Support the machine acceptance activities, quality acceptance activities, necessary kickoff and review meeting for each trial run in launch phase;

○ Organize the samples and test reports for internal use and organize sample delivery and test reports to customer before responsibility handover to plant team;

○ Other tasks assigned.

Job Specification / required skills:

？ Bachelor degree or above in engineering (mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, etc)

？ Minimum 8 years experience in automotive industry of manufacturing or technology field, interior products experience is preferred;

？ Project management experience is prefer;

？ Good English language skills;

？ Ability to work in international and matrix environment;

？ Good communication and team player.
