职位描述
1.1 Job Purpose
To deliver an exceptional experience for every customer and to achieve optimum results by managing the day to day operations of the store; leading and developing the team to execute outstanding standards, build sales and implement company policy.
1.2 Duties & Responsibilities
1. Reporting to the Division Manager of Store Operation;
2. Supervising the whole store team, including Deputy Store Manager, Store Adm. Manager and Department Supervisors;
Sales Achievement
1. To achieve sales and profit targets for store by taking corrective action to improve unsatisfactory performance;
2. To be proactive in identifying selling and cost control opportunities that will help achieve, and exceed, the sales and profit targets;
3. To be proactive in understanding the competition, communicate activities and take action to minimize loss of company market share;
Cost Control
1. To safe guard the store assets and implement light security and inventory controls to avoid any possible shortage and damage;
2. To monitor and control the payroll and all related expenses;
3. To strictly monitor and control the various operation sections following the company rules and procedures in order to avoid unnecessary loss or damage during routine operation;
Customer Service
1. To ensure the entire team understands the need to deliver consistent, friendly and responsive service;
2. To ensure smooth execution of services taken places at shop and sustain premium brand image at shop level;
3. To take every opportunity to exceed the customers expectations by being proactive and handling and resolving customer complaints efficiently and courteously;
4. To solicit feedback from customers and share this feedback with appropriate people;
5. To assist superiors in executing plan to improve the customer satisfaction for the store and increase their loyalty to company;
Communication
1. To coach supervisors in daily departmental briefings and run the weekly store briefing as an opportunity to build and reinforce team spirit through reward and recognition, and appropriate motivational activities;
2. To communicate sales targets, and achievement against targets, to the sales teams on a daily basis;
3. To ensure that all in store communication is up to date, to standard and relevant;
4. To co-ordinate with related departments on promotional activities;
5. To co-ordinate the relevant departments, maintenance contractors and service companies so as to ensure the excellence of sales floor standard all the time;
6. To give feedback during regular meetings with management team and actively solicit their ideas for improvement and input into decisions affecting the store;
7. Maintain good communication and working relationship with various supporting departments;
Staff Management
1. To demonstrate and reinforce the company Vision And Values at all times and provide the necessary leadership to gain commitment from retail sales team;
2. To identify and execute ways to increase employee's loyalty, satisfaction and pride with the company experience;
3. To know, enforce, and educate teams on all appropriate personnel policies, labor laws, security and safety procedures;
4. To provide on job coaching to ensure that all managers and supervisors are able to meet and exceed the standards and people management requirements of their role;
5. To monitor and review performance of management team with the Store Operations Division Manager, identifying individuals who are ready for promotion or require performance improvement plans;
6. To complete and present performance appraisals based on defined goals and objectives for supervisors in a timely manner;
7. To take appropriate corrective action with employees who fall below standard (in consultation with HR Department);
8. To ensure standard roster & manpower in accordance with the rules & regulations;
9. To identify and facilitate opportunities for additional training throughout the store;
Store Operation
1. To enforce and ensure compliance of all policies and procedures of the company;
2. To assist in development of operating policies and procedures that will proactively address all day-to-day retail activities;
3. To monitor staff scheduling to ensure there are sufficient staff available in the retail selling area at all times to provide expected standards of service and to build the business on all day parts;
4. To monitor tenants, vendors and consignors service and performance to cope with store's needs;
5. To work with Buying Team to establish a balanced range of merchandise suited to the customer profile of store. Make recommendations for changes and improvements to maximize sales potential and profit within the store;
6. To review inventory and sales records and prepare reports for Division Manager;

Job Requirement
- Sound knowledge of retail operations;
- Strong leadership traits; Excellent communication, PR and guest service skills;
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays;
- Able to work independently under pressure and overtime required
