Fast growing business is looking for a highly capable business executive with an entrepreneurial/ partnership mindset, who is willing to join a start-up business with huge potential in the exciting fashion industry.
Our brand specializes in woman’s high-end ready-to-wear by a fast rising Chinese designer, with sales in China and internationally. As part of a rapid development, we are looking for a Shanghai Studio Manager to supervise Shanghai studio operations and brand management, working closely with both the company’s French Managing Director and Chinese Design Director.

- Support Managing Director and Production Manager to supervise Shanghai studio's production process and planning
- Manage strict quality control process and strengthening of company's quality standards
- Support Managing Director in retail customer relationships (China/International)
- Support Design Director in relationship with private VIP customers
- Manage logistics / shipments (China / International)
- Implement and manage structured work relationships with suppliers (fabrics; accessories...) and production sub-contractors.
- Manage relationship with China press
- Organize routine employee training & assessments
- Support Managing Director in Marketing actions, communication (website, social networks...), Accounting, HR, legal and translation...

+ Requirements:

Must be willing to work in a start-up like entrepreneurial environment with a fast development in activity and responsibilities.
Previous experience in fashion / manufacturing environment is mandatory.
Perfectly fluent English (spoken and written). French language is a plus.
Solid computer skills and understanding of digital tools (social networks…).
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
