职责描述：
1、研发住宅和商业用机械新风产品和相应配件；
2、整合现有产品和功能；
3、协调现有产品研发和改进；
4、监督和领导产品研发过程的设计整合和执行；
5、领导对产品部件的评估和解决方案的提供，使得此产品能否满足工业部品和成品的使用要求；
6、发展控制系统和测试计划；
7、对样品和部件进行检测和分析使其满足要求；
8、对产品研发，提供产品改善的书面技术资料；
9、提供产品印刷资料的技术数据和工程参数准备；
10、负责实验数据的分析和收集；
11、持续分析竞争对手数据；
12、执行公司其他技术任务和技术培训。

任职要求：
1、本科或者本科以上电气自动化专业毕业，具备热力学或者热交换专业知识；
2、三年以上住宅或者商业暖通产品设计经验；
3、有欧洲或者国外公司工作经验尤佳；
4、工厂工作经验尤佳；
5、熟悉新产品研发流程
6、能够独立分析，解决系统瑕疵和失败的原因；
7、C语言程序设计，电路原理、电子技术基础、电力电子技术、自动控制理论、计算机控制系统技术软件熟练；
8、英语写，读，说熟练；
9、有很好的沟通能力；
10、能够在研发部门与其他生产人员，设计人员和技术人员共同协作；
11、能够和采购和供应商共同协作。
