五星级品牌酒店项目，地点：云南昆明或丽江。由我司进行全过程和全范围的项目管理，按照国际酒店管理公司的标准进行设计和项目管理。

职位：品牌酒店项目精装修工程师

职位描述：

? 作为项目管理公司的精装修工程师向施工经理汇报工作,确保项目的进度、费用、质量满足要求

? 协助制定项目的计划和工作流程

? 协助项目经理和合同经理从设计单位收集、整合招标技术文件，并参与对投标单位的考察和技术评标

? 负责施工现场土建工程技术管理及其他相关工作，包括施工方案和深化图纸审核，材料报验审核，现场报验工作检查及竣工验收和工程移交

? 协助项目经理/施工经理进行施工图的施工可行性审核和价值工程分析和其他分配的工作

? 根据项目经理、施工经理的要求准备项目报告，并对施工工程有充分完整的记录

? 在技术和施工管理方面，协调业主、监理、设计和承包商之间的关系

? 相关土建方面配套手续的办理，与业主、施工单位、监理单位等的协调沟通

职位要求：

? 工民建、建筑、室内装修或其它专业本科以上学历

? 具有8年以上的工作经验，至少5年的施工现场经验，能熟练审核施工图纸,，具有酒店项目经验者优先

? 具备很强的沟通能力和解决实际问题的能力，能够独立处理工程技术问题

? 熟悉建筑施工验收规范，验评标准及相关规定

? 熟悉Word, Excel, Projects, Auto CAD等软件

? 良好的人际交往能力，能够与工程主要负责人和各层面工作人员进行交流

? 具有团队协作精神，具备良好的职业素质及职业道德

? 可以接受派到上海以外城市工作

Project Description:

The 5 star hotel project is managed by us, a PMC company, project location is Lijiang or Kunming city. We provide full scope project management service. All the project work will fully comply with international hotel operator’s standard, guide line and requirements.

Job Title: Hotel project fit-out Engineer

Job Role:

n As fit-out engineer of Project Management company, report to construction manager, ensure the project is completed within time, cost and quality.

n Assist in construction planning and sequence.

n Assist Project Manager and Contract Manager to collect technical documents from design consultants and LDI for the tendering, take parting the technical evaluation of bidders

n Responsible for the site interior decoration/fa？ade/landscape work, including work method statement and shop drawings review, material submission review, contractor work’s inspection, work quality/progress and the final inspection and handover.

n Assist project/construction manager to conduct drawing constructability review, to propose value engineering and the other tasks assigned by project/construction manager.

n Prepares reports as requested by project manager and maintain proper records of project activities.

n In technical respect, coordinate with client, hotel operator, MEP consultant, jianli and contractors.

n Coordinate the authorities’ application and approval regarding to civil/structural design and construction

Requirements:

n Major in civil/architecture/interior decoration or other related engineering, Bachelor degree or above

n At least 8 years experience in the fit-out construction work, and minimum 5 years in construction company or project management company, experience in hotel project will be a plus

n Having problem solving skills and work independently

n Familiar with GB and local standards

n Familiar in MS office suite and Auto CAD

n Good in communication with different parties in project

n Team worker, professional and integrity

n Willing to work out of Shanghai
