岗位职责
1、制定电商商业计划，明确品牌电商的发展方向、策略、目标、资源匹配等；
2、建立电子商务运营团队，涵盖官网运营、官网技术、网络营销、物流管理、客户服务管理等核心模块；
3、建立淘宝天猫等第三方平台旗舰店及专营店、品牌店及副牌店的网店矩阵；
4、建立线上网络销售与线下门店零售协同的O2O运营体系，统一订单管理、客户管理、促销管理、商品管理等关键环节的流程规范；
5、建立包括SEO、BD合作推广、微信微博营销、老客户CRM管理等核心环节的在线营销体系，确定合适公司的营销策略；
6、建立公司自有知识产权的官网前台运营及后台处理信息系统，采用.Net技术等，完成试运行上线；
7、重新改造规划品牌产品业务，各种维度将产品重新定位；
8、以“real food”为核心理念，围绕高品质餐桌方向，重新规划,提出方案，并付诸实施。
岗位要求
1、有负责电子商务渠道开发和建立经验；
2、有淘宝、天猫等电商运营经验5年以上经验；
3、优秀的英语口语、书面表达能力。

What We Are
Hunter Gatherer is rethinking the way we approach retail and dining in China. We are a network of businesses integrated through a system of farms, producers, suppliers, grocery and restaurants. We share a commitment to real food.

We grow produce on our own chemical-free farms. We stock a variety of natural foods, make and sell quality products, and serve fresh meals. Our range of business activities will evolve as we grow, and we welcome feedback and collaboration.
