职位描述:

1、协助总经理进行日常事务管理，负责总经理各项日常安排的准备和协调工作；

2、根据总经理要求，起草各项报告，总结，计划，决议等；

3、汇总各类报表；及时了解并反馈信息；

4、安排总经理出差事宜，包括预定机票、酒店，安排行程等；做好总经理各类活动的行程安排，及一系列相关的准备工作；

5、协助总经理进行日常工作的跟踪、汇报及与公司各部门之间的沟通、协调；

6、负责来访的接待、商务随行；配合公司高管处理外部公共关系，参与公司商务活动、事务谈判及公关活动的策划、安排、组织工作；

7、协调跟进总经理安排的各项工作，完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

任职要求：
1、知识素养高，形象气质佳，本科以上学历，有海外学习/工作经历者优先考虑；
2、为人诚实可靠，并具有较强的责任感和事业心及团队协作精神，能承受压力；
3、精通英语，熟练使用办公软件；
4、具备较强的辅助决策能力，良好的职业素养，较强的计划，组织，协调，策划和写作能力，较强的责任心和分析问题的能力；
5、具有较强保密思想观念和意识；
6、做事高效，可以承受较强的工作压力，能够接受出差；

What We Are
Hunter Gatherer is rethinking the way we approach retail and dining in China. We are a network of businesses integrated through a system of farms, producers, suppliers, grocery and restaurants. We share a commitment to real food.

We grow produce on our own chemical-free farms. We stock a variety of natural foods, make and sell quality products, and serve fresh meals. Our range of business activities will evolve as we grow, and we welcome feedback and collaboration.
