职位描述
职责描述：
1、熟悉相关区域高档办公楼、高档住宅及周边配套设施；
2、定期与客户电话、邮件联系，了解客户需求，上门拜访介绍公司服务及优势；
3、根据客户要求推荐最佳居住方案，预约带看，谈判签约；
4、对客户待入住物业进行预检，保证客户入住时物业内各项设施、设备运转正常；
5、办理入住登记及退房手续，证件办理、租金押金及公共事业费账单处理；
6、与客户、房东保持良好关系，提供高品质售后服务，提高客户满意度。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，英语六级，听、说、读、写能力强；
2、形象气质佳，性格外向，亲和力强，热爱销售工作，能承受业绩压力；
3、语言表达、逻辑思维能力强,善于谈判公关，具有良好的团队精神和服务意识；
4、外出时间较多，能够根据客户需要不定时加班(可调休)；
5、一年以上销售经验，有电话销售或服务业销售经验者优先考虑。
