职位描述:
- 负责日常与美国团队和工厂的订单沟通并及时更新货物交货期。
- 负责与美国，货代和工厂协调订单运输订舱安排。
- 协助生产部与工厂沟通包装装箱指令，包装箱唛核实。
- 负责储运部直发订单运输文件的准备和出货协调。
- 协助物流成本价格控制

岗位要求
- 3年以上相关工作经验，熟悉国际航运领域。
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力,四级及以上。熟练常用的办公软件。
- 注重细节,善于沟通,有团队合作精神,有一定的抗压能力。

Job Description:
- Daily written and oral communication with vendors and U.S. team on open order shipping activities. Maintain shipping date updates for all open purchase orders.
o Twice a month update all vendor’s open purchase order ship date, communicate and manage discrepancy and delays on weekly basis.
o Communicate with U.S. purchasing manager on advance or delay requests to achieve most efficient flow.
- Work with vendors and U.S. on determine container size selection and container load utilization decision before and during booking, to achieve maximum utilization goal.
- Review consolidation opportunities for smaller vendors/orders to reduce use of small size container before and during booking.
- Working with forwarder (Matson) and U.S. purchasing manager on shipping decisions.
- Working with various forwarder for competitive rates where needed.
- Support U.S. on all direct shipment coordination and document preparation.
- Assist production and purchasing on communicating shipping packaging and master carton instruction with vendors.
- Perform master carton size verification. Support U.S. team on carton usage maximization.
Qualification:
- 3+ year experience in related international shipping field.
- Fluent in written and oral communication skills in English, CET 4 and above. Good Microsoft excel skills.
- Detail oriented, good at communication, dedicated.
- Team player, can worker under pressure.
